We've all been there, life happens - that's why we provide quick, easy access to Ella. Ella is a prescription-only emergency contraceptive. Order below, fill out your health form, and your TBD clinician will review it. Once approved, you will be able to pick up your medication at your preferred local pharmacy.Â
This student exclusive provides easy access to Ella®, a prescription-only medication that may prevent pregnancy by delaying or stopping the release of an egg from an ovary. Prescriptions for Ella are available within 4 hours between 8 AM-6 PM ET Monday-Friday, and within 12 hours after hours and over the weekend. The prescription will then be available for you to pick up at your preferred local pharmacy.
Note: The fee paid to TBD Health is for the prescription only. You will also need to pay for the medication at your local pharmacy.
After check-out, you will be directed to a HIPAA-compliant medical order form that will ask you a series of questions. The completed form will then be shared with our clinicians, and if approved, our clinical team will submit your prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
Prescriptions will be available within 4 hours between 8-6 ET Monday-Friday and within **12 hours ** after hours and on the weekend. You'll be notified once your Rx has been sent to your preferred pharmacy.
This should not be used as regular birth control. This is not an abortion medication because it will not affect an existing pregnancy. This will not protect you from an HIV or other STD infections. Please follow the instructions on the packaging for use.

Ella® is a prescription-only emergency contraception pill that can help prevent pregnancy if taken within 5 days of unprotected sex or a contraception failure. Studies have found that it can reduce the likelihood of pregnancy by 85 percent. The sooner Ella® is taken, the more likely it will be effective.

Ella is considered more effective than other morning-after pills if you weigh more than 155 pounds. Ella becomes less effective if you weigh more than 195 pounds.
It is recommended that Ella be taken within 5 days (120 hours) after having unprotected sex.
Side effects of Ella® may include headache, nausea, stomach (abdominal pain), menstrual pain, tiredness or dizziness. Call TBD Health or another health care provider if you experience any of these or other symptoms after taking Ella®. If you vomit within 2 hours of taking Ella®, call a healthcare professional to find out if you should repeat the dose.
Some people may also have their next period earlier or later than expected. If your period is more than a week late, we recommend that you take a pregnancy test.
Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to Ulipristal.
