If your results are positive or if you have any questions, our clinicians will walk you through next steps via a telemedicine consult and prescribe medication for both you, and your partner(s). Your results will be ready in just a few days plus, we offer unlimited messaging.

Check Me Out Panel
This is the typical “full panel” that you will find at a doctor’s office – it tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, HIV and Syphilis. This test is performed either via urine or a vaginal swab plus a blood draw.

"Poly" Panel
This is our most comprehensive panel – and tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, HIV, Syphilis, Hepatisis B&C, Mycoplasma Genitalium and Herpes I&II. This test is performed either via urine or a vaginal swab, plus a blood draw.

Basic 3
This tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomoniasis — three of the most common STIs. This test is performed either via urine or a vaginal swab.

VIP Panel
This tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B & C. This test is performed either via urine or a vaginal swab, plus a blood draw.

This tests for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea in 3 sites: Oral, Rectal and Genital.

Individual

HPV
This tests for HPV (or human papillomavirus) and is performed via a vaginal swab. It’s the most common sexually transmitted infection. HPV is usually harmless and often goes away by itself, but some types can lead to cancer or genital warts. This test is performed with a vaginal broom. Note: HPV test results are typically within 4 business days. Testing also available for Anal

Bacterial Vaginosis
Bacterial Vaginosis (aka BV) is (very) common and often occurs when there is overgrowth of normal bacteria in the vagina. This test is performed via a vagina swab.

APRN-CNP

Adrienne is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, hoping to create more positive experiences for those who’ve traditionally had bad (even traumatizing) experiences with their sexual health in the medical settings. She describes herself as a stereotypical Pacific Northwest Person which just means “an endless cycle of hiking and going to the farmer’s market”.

Sarah McElroy (she/her)

APRN-CNP, PNCB

Sarah is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Through her work (and life in general), she hopes to eliminate all the shame surrounding sexual health so that more people will be proactive about theirs. Hidden talents include: latte art and keeping houseplants alive.

Lauren Haines (she/her)

MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Lauren is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Post-Master's Certificate in Nursing Education. Like her colleagues, she believes sexual health and overall health should be one in the same and free of shame and judgement. She can also “do the worm.”

What services do you offer?
We're experts in sexual health and offer STD testing, appointments (in-person and virtual), sex coaching, birth control, exams, erectile dysfunction & more. We also have self-collection STI testing kits that you can order online, and do from home.
Do you take insurance?
We are not contracted with insurance companies at this time, although we are generally priced lower than most out-of-pocket costs.

We also take HSA/FSA and can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
How do you book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We try to keep things moving quickly so that you don’t have to wait. As such, we ask that you cancel your appointment 12 hours in advance to free up the spot for someone else.
What if I’m running late?
We can hold your appointment for 15 minutes but after that—it will be a first come, first served basis, and you may have to wait until we can fit you in.
How long will the results take?
Results are generally ready in 3-5 business days.
What happens if I screen positive?
If you screen positive, you’ll be offered a telehealth appointment with one of our clinicians who will talk through your result(s), and how to proceed with treatment. We can prescribe medication for both you and your partner(s) for most things, but in some cases, we’ll refer you to one of our partner clinics in your area. Note that for some STIs, we are required to report positive results to the Department of Health.
What if I’m not in Las Vegas?
We got you. We currently offer easy, at-home STI screening kits in all states except New York (coming soon).
